Work with Landlords
If you work with landlords, ask them to register, they can upload your details as a trusted tradesperson. This doesn't stop you from registering your details, as we will automatically sync your account to the landlords account, so you can receive jobs.
Get Jobs
You will be able to receive, manage and track jobs from landlords, as well as attain a full audit trail. Once you have completed a job, you can take pictures and upload them to the job post, so the landlord is constantly updated. Once the job is completed, you can send an invoice to the landlord.
Communication Channel
This is a much easier and convenient way of communicating with the landlord, it will eliminate telephone calls, emails and SMS messages. Each message will appear with a date/time receipt, when the message has been read, which ensures a complete audit trail of all activity on both sides.
